Deliverables:
Co-created features, design UX/UI journey, and platform development which allows customers and staff to engage via Shell’s LINE Official Account in real time. The data collected from the platform is also stored and visible for Shell’s operation team to manage and monitor.

Project objective:
To deploy the ‘Customer Profiling’ feature via LINE Official Account and integrate the collected data with Salesforce

Integration with Salesforce, UX/UI design for customer registration journey, and development of platform including OTP verification
