To digitalize data collection of Shell gas station’s additional services and offer a digitalized experience for customers and staff.
Deliverables:
Co-created features, design UX/UI journey, and platform development which allows customers and staff to engage via Shell’s LINE Official Account in real time. The data collected from the platform is also stored and visible for Shell’s operation team to manage and monitor.
