One LINE OA for ALL

Client’s objective :

To develop Amway’s LINE OA to serve 4 strategic areas; social commerce, CRM, personal management and network expansion

Omelet’s deliverables :

  • Features co-creation; Product purchasing, Basket recommendations, and Agents’ goal tracking
  • UX/UI design and interview Amway’s customers to test recommended features​
  • Develop Dynamic Richmenu that allow multiple users type (Agents/Customers) to interact within one LINE OA while collecting behavioral activities​

PRUDENTIAL THAILAND 

Online Insurance Responsive Website

Client’s objective :

To design an engaging customer experience for Prudential’s new online insurance website considering both consumers’ engagement and Prudential’s longstanding heritage as well as optimizing for mobile-first experience

  • User testing interview and results summary
  • UX/UI design for all insurance service functions
  • Responsive website for both desktop and mobile

STASHAWAY THAILAND

Zendesk Integration

Client’s objective :

To connect LINE OA to the existing customer service software; Zendesk, to serve customers based in Thailand

  • Integration system from LINE to Zendesk
  • Design user-friendly UX/UI for StashAway’s customers to log in and contact admin via LINE OA
