To digitalize data collection of Shell gas station’s additional services and offer a digitalized experience for customers and staff.

Co-created features, design UX/UI journey, and platform development which allows customers and staff to engage via Shell’s LINE Official Account in real time. The data collected from the platform is also stored and visible for Shell’s operation team to manage and monitor.

Project objective:
To deploy the ‘Customer Profiling’ feature via LINE Official Account and integrate the collected data with Salesforce

To design an engaging customer experience for Prudential’s new online insurance website considering both consumers’ engagement and Prudential’s longstanding heritage as well as optimizing for mobile-first experience

Zendesk Integration

To connect LINE OA to the existing customer service software; Zendesk, to serve customers based in Thailand

  • Integration system from LINE to Zendesk
  • Design user-friendly UX/UI for StashAway’s customers to log in and contact admin via LINE OA
